Pickled Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cubed, cooked ham
    1 onion, sliced
    2 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Place 4 to 6 thick (1/2 to 3/4-inch) pork chops in shallow oiled pan.
    Spoon undiluted condensed canned cream of mushroom soup over top of each chop.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
