Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. applesauce
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Measure flour; sift with soda, salt and spices.
Cream Crisco and sugar.
Add beaten egg, then add applesauce.
Add flour and stir in raisins.
