Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. unpeeled shrimp
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. flour
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 green onions with tops, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small clove garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Peel and wash shrimp.
    Make roux by heating grease in deep skillet with flour.
    Cook on medium heat until dark brown, stirring constantly.
    Add onions, peppers, celery and garlic.
    Add Ro-Tel and tomato sauce.
    Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer covered 30 minutes.
    Bring to boil; add shrimp.
    Cook 20 minutes.
