Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, egg, onions, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper; mix well.
    Shape into a flat rectangle, about 10 x 12-inches, on waxed paper.
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion. Press ends to seal.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Pour on remaining tomato sauce.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
