Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 can corn, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 c. turkey or chicken, shredded or cubed
    1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
    6 oz. unsalted tortilla chips, broken into pieces
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack
    sour cream (optional)
    chopped olives (optional)
Preparation
    Pour first 6 ingredients into a heavy 6-quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    Five minutes before serving, add cilantro and tortilla chips.
    Serve in bowl and top with cheese, sour cream and olives.
