Sally'S Seven Minute Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix in double boiler and place over boiling water.
    Stir 6 minutes to about 150 strokes.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat with rotary beater until icing will hold its shape.
    Fold in 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
