Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 lb. can tomatoes, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. juice (from tomatoes)
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
    Place steak in pan.
    Add butter, onion soup and drained tomatoes on top of steak.
    Shake together in a jar the soup, salt, tomato juice, A.1. sauce and cornstarch.
    Pour over steak.
    Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 250\u00b0.
