Potluck Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

In a large bowl, defrost potatoes with 1/2 cup melted butter. Add salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Blend well. Pour into buttered casserole (3-quart).
Mix 1/2 cup melted butter with cornflake crumbs.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45
minutes.
Serves 10.
