Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. half and half or light cream
    1 qt. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of potato soup, blended
    cayenne pepper and salt to taste
    2 to 3 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat (to your taste)
Preparation
    Dice onions very fine.
    In large pan, saute onions in butter for a few minutes.
    Add soup, crabmeat, cayenne pepper and salt. Add cream and milk.
    (Note:
    Use milk to thin for consistency.) It should be thick to medium.
    Cook over low heat until heated through.
    Do not boil.
