1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. catsup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. steak sauce (thin, not thick)
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
2 lb. ground chuck meat
