Never-Fail 4 Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, sugar, water and cream of tartar.
    Beat over hot water in double boiler.
    When in peaks, add vanilla.
