Pan Greaser - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Stir
together.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator until
needed.
Coat
pans thoroughly using fingers or pastry brush.
No more flying flour or food sticking in pans. Keeps beautifully for 6 months to a year.
