Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. dill seed
Preparation

Soften yeast in water.
Combine in mixing bowl:
cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast. Add flour.
Cover and let rise 50 to 60 minutes.
Stir down dough. Turn into well-greased 8-inch round casserole.
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350` for 40 to 50 minutes.
