Sweetened Condensed Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. instant powdered milk

Preparation

Mix in blender all ingredients.
Scrape sides and mix 45 seconds more.
Pour in jar and cool until thick.
Equivalent to one can of Eagle Brand milk.
