Swiss Potato Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

nonstick cooking spray
4 large baking potatoes
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 large clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated reduced-calorie cheese
Preparation

Grease 1 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Pare and thinly slice potatoes in bowl.
Toss potatoes.
Add parsley, garlic, salt and spices in prepared dish.
Alternating with layers of potatoes, add broth.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 8.
