Orzo With Pine Nuts And Feta Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. orzo (rice-shaped pasta, also called riso)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 lb. Feta cheese, chopped
    1/3 c. pine nuts, toasted
    chopped fresh parsley
    Parmesan cheese
    hot pepper
Preparation
    Bring large pot of salted water to boil.
    Add orzo and boil until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Return to pot.
    Add oil and toss to coat.
    Mix in feta and pine nuts.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
