Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. pepper
    Grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Place potatoes in a 2 qt. baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients except cheese; pour over potatoes.
    Place pork chops over potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
