Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage
2 medium onions
1 large bell pepper
3 or 4 carrots
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Chop together cabbage, onions, bell peppers and carrots.
Boil sugar, vinegar, cooking oil, salt, mustard seed and celery seed. Pour over vegetable mixture.
Pour in freezer bags.
Freeze.
Will keep 2 or 3 weeks in refrigerator.
