Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 bananas, mashed
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Cream sugar with oil.
Add eggs; beat.
Sift in dry ingredients.
Beat.
Add fruit and nuts; beat.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake about 65 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 1 hour.
Remove from pan.
