Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 flour tortillas
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 green onions, diced
    1 or 2 Tbsp. picante sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Heat butter in a skillet.
    Place 1 tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle with half the cheese, half the diced onion, picante sauce and seasonings to taste.
    When the cheese has melted and the tortilla is lightly browned, cover with another tortilla.
    Flip to brown the second side.
    Remove from heat; cut the sandwich into quarters.
    Keep warm in a low oven.
    Arrange on a plate with refried beans on the side, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Serve with guacamole and/or sour cream for dipping.
