Baked Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 tsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 c. grated cheese (preferably sharp Cheddar)
Preparation
    Boil macaroni until tender.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Stir in butter and egg.
    Mix mustard with salt and 1 tablespoon hot water and add to milk.
    Add cheese to macaroni, leaving enough to sprinkle on top.
    Pour macaroni into buttered casserole.
    Add milk.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is crispy.
