Pickle Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vinegar (high level white)
    3 qt. water
    1 c. canning salt
    1 clove garlic and 1 hot pepper to each jar (if you like it hot)
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, water and salt and boil 3 or 4 minutes.
    Put pepper in clean jars with 1 clove garlic and 1 hot pepper, if you like it hot.
    Pour hot mixture over pepper and seal.
    Turn jars upside-down for a good seal.
