Brussels Sprouts Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced
6 oz. carrots, peeled and grated
1 small onion, finely grated
4 oz. salted peanuts
black pepper
8 oz. mayonnaise
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well together.
Cover and let stand for 1 hour before serving.
