Fresh Fruit Pie(Peach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. peaches (fresh or frozen)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    5 slices white loaf bread
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix peaches, flour and 1/3 cup sugar together real good.
    Put in small buttered baking dish.
    Remove crust from bread slices and cut in 3 strips. Place on top of peaches; press down and seal sides.
    Mix 1 cup sugar, egg and melted margarine; pour on top of bread. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
