Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Mix together squash and onion and boil for 5 minutes.
    Drain in colander.
    Mix sour cream and chicken soup with squash.
    Melt butter or oleo.
    Pour over Stove Top dressing; mix well.
    Put 2/3 cup in bottom of casserole; add the first mixture, then cover with remaining stuffing.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
