Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipped cream, sweetened with sugar
    semi-sweet chocolate, grated
Preparation
    Grease a large, Pyrex dish with margarine.
    In one bowl, crush Ritz.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar, pecans and vanilla.
    In second bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar; beat until stiff. Combine 2 bowls and blend.
    Pour in greased dish and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool.
    Add whipped cream.
    Top with grated chocolate.
    Chill.
