Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick melted butter
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add corn, butter and sour cream.
    Fold in muffin mix, salt and pepper.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
