Cocktail Party Ryes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
    1 loaf cocktail rye bread
    McCormick salt and spice to taste
Preparation
    Brown, drain and cool meat.
    Mix ingredients together and spread on buttered rye bread slices.
    Place on foil lined cookie sheets and bake in hot oven until cheese is melted and starts to brown.
    Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
