Zesty Grilled Potato Wedges And Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 potatoes
4 to 5 small or medium zucchini
3 Tbsp. melted margarine (for low-fat conscious, use 2 beaten egg whites)
2 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Precook the potatoes and zucchini in microwave. Wedge potatoes with skins on. Wedge zucchini lengthwise.
Baste with the margarine.
Roll in a mixture of the seasoned salt, garlic powder, Accent and black pepper. Place on grill with meats about 15 to 20 minutes (depending on size) before end of cook time. Great served with Ranch dressing for dipping.
