Italian Sausage Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 1/4 c. biscuit mix
    1 Tbsp. fennel
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine uncooked sausage with cheese, removing any casing. Knead to blend.
    Add biscuit mix, fennel and oregano.
    Mix well until a dough forms.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 9 dozen.
    May be frozen.
    Thaw and reheat at 375\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
