Hot Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, mashed up, then rinsed and drained again
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. nonfat mayo
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder (not salt)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
