Red Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dry beans (kidney)
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. smoked sausage
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Prepare red beans ahead, following cooking directions on package.
Add onions, celery, parsley, garlic powder and sliced sausage and simmer for 30 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over steamy rice.
Serves 6 to 8.
