Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oleo
    2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 2/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Melt oleo with brown sugar so sugar melts.
    Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs one at a time and then other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Put in greased 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until bars are lite golden color.
    Sprinkle confectioners sugar when bars are cooled.
