Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    2 tsp. minced onions
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Combine onions, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard in large pan.
    Bring to a boil. Add rest of ingredients and cook on low heat until heated through. Yields 6 servings.
