Ingredients

1 (2 oz.) can dry mustard
1 c. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation

Mix mustard and vinegar; let set overnight or 8 hours.
Add remaining ingredients; cook in double boiler until thickens.
Stir constantly.
Use only 1 ounce of mustard if you want it mild.
