Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can Mexicorn
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, well beaten
    6 jalapenos, diced
    6 scallions, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased iron skillet and bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
