Party Chicken(Takes 3 Hours To Cook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    8 slices bacon
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef or 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    1 pt. commercial sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sherry (optional, yes!)
Preparation
    Wrap each chicken breast with a piece of bacon.
    Cover bottom of flat greased baking dish (8 x 12 x 2-inch) with chipped beef. Arrange chicken breasts on chipped beef.
    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over all. Refrigerate.
    When ready, bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours, covered.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes.
    Use more sour cream and mushroom soup if you want a sauce to pour over rice.
