Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (graham)
    4 eggs, separated (reserve 1 white for filling, 3 for meringue)
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    1/2 ReaLime reconstituted lime juice
    few drops green food coloring (optional)
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks.
    Stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLime and food coloring.
    In a small bowl, stiffly beat 1 egg white.
    Fold into sweetened condensed milk mixture.
    Turn into shell.
