Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Mix by hand.
    Combine dry ingredients; add eggs and salad oil. Stir until well mixed.
    Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas and nuts. Spoon batter into large greased and floured sheet pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
