Gnocchi Siciliano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, quartered
3 1/2 tsp. flour
2 lb. gnocchi
1/2 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
Romano cheese
Preparation

Saute garlic in butter; remove garlic.
Blend in flour and salt and cook mixture on low heat until smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat and slowly stir in broth and half and half.
Bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Serve over gnocchi which have been cooked according to package directions.
Sprinkle with Romano cheese.
