Dill Carrot Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. carrots
    4 to 5 tsp. dill seed
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 qt. water
    3 Tbsp. garlic
    1/3 c. salt
Preparation
    Wash and peel carrots and cut into 2-inch strips.
    Cook until almost tender.
