Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. blueberries (fresh, canned or frozen)
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugar and then beaten eggs.
    Add milk, alternately with sifted flour, salt and baking powder.
    Mix blueberries with 2 tablespoons of the original amount of flour. Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 2 dozen muffins.
