Apricot Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Stir in oatmeal and apricots. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
Stir in apricot mixture just until moistened.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into a greased loaf pan (8 x 4 x 2-inch).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack.
