Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stew meat
    1 onion
    1 pkg. au jus gravy mix
    1 tsp. sweet basil leaves
    garlic salt
    Italian seasonings
    oregano
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    hot sauce
Preparation
    Boil meat until tender.
    Keep juice and tear meat into small pieces.
    Put meat back into juice, then add all ingredients to your taste.
    Boil 1 1/2 to 2 hours on stove on low heat or cook in crock-pot on high for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
    Keep enough water in meat to have enough juice for your sandwiches.
    Very good with mild Cheddar cheese.
