Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sweet potatoes (hot), mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Add sugar to hot sweet potatoes.
Mix with a fork.
Add Bisquick and work up with hands until right texture to roll out. Cut out with cookie cutters or glass.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
