Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, cooked chicken breasts
5 boiled eggs, diced
4 c. diced red Delicious apples
1 c. pecans
2 c. grapes (halves)
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Tear chicken into small pieces.
Using large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Serve with Town House crackers after refrigerating.
