Apple Cider Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    2 2/3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
    1 c. apple juice (unsweetened)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Combine liquid artificial sweetener, apple juice, lemon juice and salt.
    Heat and add gelatin mixture, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
    Cool until mixture begins to thicken.
    Fold in applesauce.
    Chill until set in individual molds.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
