Swiss Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart souffle dish. Thaw broccoli. Drain well, pressing out as much liquid as possible with back of spoon.
    Place in a medium bowl.
