Royal Spinach Cream Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion or 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh onion
1 large can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine spinach, 1/2 cup water, bouillon cubes and onion. Cover and cook until spinach is tender (do not overcook). Separate spinach with fork.
Add milk, 1 cup water, butter, salt and pepper and warm over low heat (or double boiler).
Serve when just heated (do not boil after adding milk).
Serve in small bowls.
Great for company.
