Airy Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. yeast (powdered)
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 c. your favorite fruit, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over warm
    water in a mixing bowl.
    Stir well and add the flour.\tBeat
    well and let stay in warm place overnight.\tIn the morning, add egg, oil and honey; beat well. Let stand for a few minutes
    and
    then cook like pancakes on a slightly oiled grill or crepe pan.
